J. Michael Collins is an Associate Professor of Public Affairs and Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he serves as Faculty Director of the Center for Financial Security. He has an MPP from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a Ph.D. from Cornell University.
